Privacy Policy

Legacy Auto stores the vehicle, container, merchant and billing records you enter, together with the documents and photos you upload, so the workspace can operate.

Access is restricted to the accounts your administrator creates. Merchant-scoped accounts can only read records belonging to their own merchant. Passwords are stored as salted bcrypt hashes and are never recoverable in plain text.

Container tracking timelines are retrieved from the relevant shipping line's public tracking pages using the container numbers you supply. No customer data is sent to those carriers beyond the container or bill of lading number itself.

Uploaded files are kept on the application server and are served only to signed-in accounts that are permitted to view the parent record.
